Position Overview
The Enterprise Applications Team Leader is responsible for leading the support, maintenance, enhancement, and day-to-day operation of the organization’s enterprise applications landscape.
This role combines hands-on application knowledge with team leadership, business engagement, service delivery, and continuous improvement responsibilities.
The Enterprise Applications Team Leader will manage a team of application specialists, oversee incident resolution and change requests, support integrations and business process optimization, and ensure that enterprise applications effectively support the organization’s operational and strategic goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in enterprise applications support, implementation, or administration.
- Previous experience leading a team or coordinating application support activities – Advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes across corporate functions.
- Experience in application lifecycle management, testing, upgrades, and change management.
- Experience working with vendors, business users, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical understanding of integrations, interfaces, and application architecture – Advantage.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or low-code/no-code platforms – Advantage.
- Strong service orientation and communication skills.
Good written and verbal communication in English.
