Job Description: 

Job Purpose 

The ERP Projects Team Leader is responsible for leading the ERP project management team and overseeing the successful delivery of Priority ERP initiatives across the organization. 

This role combines people leadership, project governance, and deep functional understanding of financial, commercial, and logistics processes, ensuring that ERP projects align with business strategy and operational excellence standards. 

 

Responsibilities 

Team Leadership 

  • Lead and mentor ERP Project Managers and ERP Application Specialists 
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability model 
  • Manage workload, prioritization, and capacity planning 
  • Conduct performance evaluations and professional development plans 
  • Foster collaboration across IT and business departments 

Project Governance & Delivery 

  • Oversee all ERP Priority projects end-to-end 
  • Approve business requirements and solution design 
  • Ensure structured project methodology (planning, Gantt, milestones, UAT, go-live) 
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and risks 
  • Report project status to ERP Manager and IT leadership 

Business Process & Functional Ownership 

  • Supervise analysis of business requirements 
  • Ensure correct characterization of processes, workflows, reports, and interfaces 
  • Promote process standardization across global entities 
  • Drive work process improvement and automation 

Operational & System Responsibility 

  • Supervise system configuration and permissions governance 
  • Ensure proper functional testing and implementation quality 
  • Support complex functional escalations 
  • Ensure structured user training and adoption 

KPIs 

  • On-time project delivery 
  • Budget adherence 
  • User satisfaction 
  • Process efficiency improvements 
  • Reduction of manual work 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering / information technology / business systems or similar 
  • 5+ years experience working with Priority ERP 
  • Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects 
  • Previous team management experience – Must 
  • Strong understanding of financial, commercial, and logistics processes 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Systemic view and process thinking 
  • Technical mindset and ability to work in a high-paced environment 
  • Strong written and verbal communication (Hebrew & English)
