Job Description: 

At Challenge Group, a fast-growing international air cargo provider, we are looking for a Procurement & Pricing Specialist to support our expanding global operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working close to the business, ensuring pricing accuracy and supporting procurement execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in managing pricing data, supporting supplier activities, and contributing to the smooth execution of procurement processes, with the opportunity to grow your scope as the organization continues to expand.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain pricing data and price lists within the Priority ERP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Support daily procurement operations, including purchase order creation, invoice validation, and workflow tracking, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Monitor pricing and cost data to identify discrepancies and contribute to cost control initiatives in collaboration with Finance.
  • Assist in supplier communications, RFQs/RFPs, and vendor comparisons, with exposure to commercial discussions and negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment between pricing, contracts, and execution.
  • Contribute to process improvements and progressively take on broader responsibilities across procurement activities over time.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience, Skills, and Personal Attributes

  • 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Pricing, Finance, or Operations roles, including hands-on experience with ERP systems (Priority is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracy in data management and validation.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support supplier interactions.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in procurement and commercial processes, combined with a willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
