Job Description
AI Automation Engineer
We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate intelligent automation solutions using modern software engineering and AI technologies.
This role focuses on developing AI agents and automation to enable scalable, decision-driven automation across business and IT domains.
You will work at the intersection of AI and business process automation, owning solutions from discovery and architecture to deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities
AI & Automation Engineering
Design and develop AI-powered automation services to replace manual or semi-manual processes. Build and operate AI-driven workflows using LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain). Implement intelligent decision-making using LLMs, OCR, NLP, and ML components. Apply software engineering best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
System Integration & Architecture
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI, Service Desk, internal APIs). Design API-driven, event-based automation components for enterprise-scale environments.
Delivery & Operations
Own solutions end-to-end, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance, reliability, and scalability. Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.
Collaboration & Enablement
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value automation solutions. Support UAT, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure adoption and long-term maintainability. Contribute to internal AI automation frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with security, GDPR, and internal governance policies. Apply best practices for data handling, access control, and responsible AI use.
Education
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proven delivery of production-grade backend, automation, or AI systems.
- Strong Python skills (services, automation, integrations).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI frameworks, and agent architectures (e.g., LangChain).
- Experience with cloud services, REST APIs, async workflows, and event-driven systems.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, environments, testing).
