We’re searching for motivated sharp minds to join our Digital Cargo Compliance (DCC) team. Work in a modern office environment by the Airport, no prior experience needed, you will be trained on the digital tools and work processes.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- The DCC team monitors all of Challenge Ailrlines’ cargo shipments for compliance with digital data standards, international regulatory requirements including Customs import/export measures and sanctions.
- Work in a focused data-driven mindset, perfect if you like observing and noticing the small details others miss. You’ll use dedicated AI tools and internal systems to review the cargo data prior to flight departure.
- Spot potential risks, follow clear step-by-step workflows, analyze findings, provide clear feedback to the teams, solve pressing issues and escalate to the operations management when needed.

- Have an analytical mind and naturally pay attention to details, can quickly understand what data is telling you and detect what is not in order.
- Think logically, remain calm and accurate when handling urgent matters, and work independently while following structured processes.
- Can easily learn new skills and digital tools, understand logic and suggest process/workflow improvements where needed.
- Feel comfortable switching between digital tools and tasks while maintaining accuracy and concentration on the task.
Advantage:
- Familiarity with international Customs regulations and/or aviation / logistics.
