Job purpose:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating with the various internal departments within Challenge Group, including commercial, legal, operational and logistics teams to effectively manage customer inquiries throughout the entire process and ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Your role as a Customer Service Representative:
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up of booking requests received via email.
- Enter booking data into the ERP system accurately.
- Manage and track required documentation for smooth end-to-end service.
- Monitor and follow up on groom bookings.
- Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate, complete, and reliable information.
- Handle customer complaints, propose suitable solutions, and follow up through resolution.
- Maintain customer records, process accounts, and ensure proper document filing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective follow-up on complaints.
- Prepare required documentation and summaries for the Legal Department.
- Escalate major incidents and official claims to the appropriate departments.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, law, accounting or administration
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset
- Fluency in English and French
- Comfortable with IT tools and data entry
- Organized, methodical and solution-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple requests at the same time while effectively prioritizing tasks
- Team spirit and willingness to learn in a demanding environment
